Will Crisp opened his 2017 track season on the boards in Lee Valley's London Games on Sunday, he comfortably won his heat in 1:55.51 in his first race indoors.

Matt Cave also took to the boards on Saturday running his first indoor 200 in 25:43 and 7:62 for the 60 which is an improvement of .22 on last year, which is very encouraging for the coming season.
