Circuit Training
Suitable for all ages, abilities and events, circuit training is a very effective cross training exercise that improves strength and conditioning. Highly recommended for all athletes.
- Thursday (all year round) at the Haydon Centre, 7.00pm – 8.00pm..
- Wednesdays (October to March only)) at St Josephs Catholic College, 8.15pm - 9.15pm led by Howard Moscrop.
