After winning the U19 title at the European Biathle Championships in Alanya, Turkey, Ollie Lewis is quite rightly my November Member of the month.
Ollie, who is coached by Kevin Buttle, at Swindon Harriers, and is also a member of Royal Wootton Bassett Otters Swimming Club and Vale Tridents Triathlon Club, has been training with Kevin for a couple of two years now and in that time, he has represented the Harriers many times at both cross country and on the track, competing in all the Wessex Leagues this year.
The event he won gold in, included an 800m run, a 200m sea swim, and a second 800m run.
Kevin was rightly delighted for Ollie, who he says is a great lad and always encourages the others in the group and gives everything in training.
Well done Ollie, many congratulations.
