Quad Kids Report

For the first time in a decade of competing, our Quad Kids rank 1st in the Wessex Track and Field League. Led by a terrific individual performance from Jody-Lloyd Owusu (overall 1st in the U11 Boys, 251 points), a deep boys squad came 1st with 895 points. Kurtis Osei-Ofusu tied with Jody for overall 1st place in the 75m. Jody's huge long jump of 4.14m meant he led that event and currently ranks 42nd in the country for long jump...at U13 level!

Nela Drugova took overall 2nd place for the U11 Girls (including overall 1st place in the Long Jump and Vortex Throw), accompanied by Charissa Griffiths-Clack who finished in overall 3rd place. Team captain Lowri Prosser topped off a great day coming overall 1st in the U11G 600m. No surprise the Girls squad also finished in overall 1st place with 726 points.

Well done to every member of the Match 1 squad!
