Consecutive weeks saw two of our members take on the daunting task of running a marathon. First up was Matt Ryder who after being drawn out of the hat for the club London Marathon place had to endure brutal conditions namely record temperatures but still managed to do the club proud by clocking an excellent 3.54.52.

The following week saw Darren Davidse enjoy cooler conditions whilst taking on the Newport Wales Marathon. Darren delivered an outstanding performance in clocking a huge PB coming home in an impressive 3.14.30.

Big well done for both performances.
