Bryan Clinton's Training Group

The junior middle distance group meets every Wednesday at 6:30, the training sessions are designed to give young athletes a chance to experience structured middle distance training. It allows the coaches to assess the ability and potential for athletes to progress to other sessions.

The sessions will involve stretching and running drills prior to the main session, it is important that athletes should bring the following:

  • A drink, water is suitable, remember that in summer more will be required
  • Warm clothes to warm up in and to keep warm after session
  • Suitable trainers, spikes are not essential, however plimsoles are not suitable
