Success for Patrick North at recent South Of England Indoor Champs
Patrick North ran for Swindon Harriers in the Senior Men 400m at the South Of England Indoor Champs at Lee Valley London on Sunday 10th January. He ‘cruised to victory’ in his heat in 50.88 and in the SF came a comfortable 2nd in a new pb of 49.80 to get a fastest loser spot for the final
In the final Paddy ran another big pb coming through in the last 50m to take bronze in 48.48. The final results were
